Marinated for 48 Hours in garlic, spring onions, lemongrass, star-anise, sea salt, cracked peppercorns, bay leaves and charcoal roasted for 3 hours.
Includes: Soy-Vinaigrette dipping sauce, Pickles (Atchara).
