SYDNEY CEBU LECHON will release a variety of flavours powered by TABASCO®
The first release is the TABASCO® SRIRACHA CEBU LECHON!
We marinate our Australian free range Pork belly for 12 hours with our blend of aromatics, shallots, garlic, rock salt, lemongrass and TABASCO® SRIRACHA. Our Lechon is slowly roasted over charcoal for 3 hours.
